Board Certified - 20 Years Experience. Graduated with MD and received his degree from USF Medical School in '91. Dr. White completed his residency in family medicine at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, Florida. Dr. White spent 7 years in ER and was associate faculty for the family medicine residency program. Dr. White helped organize the Hospitalist program at Halifax Medical Center and is currently working as a Hospitalist. Spent the last 15 years as medical director and Principal Investigator in clinical research specializing in Phase 1-3 trials. Dr. White has conducted approximately 245 trials as a principal investigator.
Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Visvalingam has been in clinical practice for over 6 years. He graduated from Boston University School of Medicine in 1998 and completed Internal Medicine residency and fellowship training in hematology/oncology at Winthrop-University Hospital in 2003. He practiced for three years in South Carolina and is currently in private practice in Central Florida. Throughout his career he has been actively enrolling patients in clinical trials and has been a sub-investigator in multiple oncology clinical trials.
Dr. Richard Mohammed graduated from Texas A&M University College of Medicine in 1991. He completed residency in family medicine at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, FL in 1995. He worked and trained with Dr. Alex White at Halifax Emergency Room until 2012, then transferred to Advent Health in May of 2012.
Dr. Mohammed is Board Certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He has 30 years experience in Emergency Medicine and 15 years experience in Medical Research. He joined Progressive Medical Research as a full time investigator on on 10/03/2022.
Richard Marshall began his medical career in 1988 as a respiratory therapist. Upon graduating from the University of Florida PA program in 1998, he worked at Halifax Medical Center in the emergency department and for the hospitalist service as a Physician Assistant.
In 2004 he joined the Emergency Medicine Group at Florida Hospital Ormond (now Advent Daytona) and helped oversee the transition to their newer and larger emergency department.
In 2001 he began working on clinical research trials and has been employed at Progressive Medical Research full-time since 2014.
As the Investigator on over 350 clinical trials, he has the opportunity to work with numerous first-in-human phase 1 trials and pivotal phase 3 trials.
Some of these treatment drugs include Lecanamab, Donanemab, Skyrizi and Ozembic.
His main focus at PMR is Alzheimer’s trials and leads the Alzheimer's team, providing diagnostic and treatment options for patients.
In his free time, he enjoys surfing, watching college football and spending time with his wife and three children.
